My one complaint for the mini is the standard leatherette seats. No support for me and really hot. I've been looking at the aftermarket suggestions in this forum but really want the air bags and a stock/OEM look. I could not find any mention here of the cost to have the dealer swap the seats; thought some others could use the information.

I called my dealer (Niello in Sacramento); when I asked the SA for my price to have cloth sports installed the answer was "several thousand". Somebody here had their stock seats modified to increase the lateral support. I'm off to the upholstery section of the yellow pages tomorrow.
