CooperFlags has recently introduced a new rooftop -- a Red "S" in the middle of a black/white checkerboard, which can be seen here.
I got a set of the "mini-graphics" designed to cover only the sunroof that arrived today. I thought you might be interested in seeing the results: https://www.pbase.com/image/19228290.jpg BTW -- the tail-lights have the dark Lamin-X covering. Regards, Tom |
Looks great. How faithful is the Red "S" color to the MINI Red "S".
How would it look on another color car? |
I like the S checkerboard the top and I notice you have an antenna on your left rear quarter glass and your user name looks suspiciously like an Amateur Radio call sign. What band/bands is the radio and how about some pictures of the radio inside. I am NW6M.

Tom,
Very, very nice. Looks really good. Cooper flags are great. Just got our u/j for the sunroof. Will install today. Thanks for the pics, Woody |

Yep -- the whip is a thru-glass 2M/70cm and the rig in the car is an IC207. It fits pretty well under the switch panel without separating the control head. 73, Tom |

>> >>How would it look on another color car? It's a bit lighter red, in part because this is the perforated Scotch roof material. From inside, the light transmission is about 25% of what it was before. Since it isn't quite the same red, this graphic would probably look BETTER on a non-red car. Tom |
