In fact Waylen was ***** that this order was international but I explained to him that we are local and that he can call us anytime. However, it started off as an International order and that is what got him off.

THIS IS REALLY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I GET IT THAT YOU MIGHT THINK YOUR SALES IS ALREADY ENOUGH JUST WITHIN THE US, I SUGGEST YOU TAKE OUT COUNTRY OPTION ON YOU CONTACT US PAGE!! ITS USELESS IF THIS IS THE WAY YOU WOULD TREAT INT'L CLIENTS!!! BTW I LIVE IN JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA!

 

Well, perhaps Way was having a bad day... I know it happens to me (a lot lately...lol)
Way is a good guy, he can come off a little harsh sometimes but he really does go out of his way to help.

All I know is I have dealt with some tuners who have a nice personality but their customer service sucks... I’d rather have the job done right than dealing with a fake smile.

While I'd likely react in the same way...Any more, international orders are seriously questionable. There are scammers hiding in every corner just waiting to pounce. Certainly not inferring that this is you, or that you'd screw him over. Honest. But in my dealings with retail brick&mortar/online, they are very skeptical with international orders.

We'll yea there are alot of scammers and all those but there are also alot of good customers who just wants to get more info on the process and thats all. Its just a simple Intl transaction i just hope on the next time he tries to figure or feel 1st if this customer is a scam or not...

What colour cables go where on the Seat ie the seats have white with Black trace and a violet and yellow trace.. the fllor cables are yellow and brown.. what cable joins what?

Did anyone manage to make the heated seats work in the R53? I have the JCW heated seats but they are not working and I would like to use this feature! It's a pity having heated seats and not being able to use them because I don't know how to connect them!
