Interior/Exterior OEM Driving Lamp Install

OEM Driving Lamp Install
I am thinking about going back to my body colored grill instead of my current OEM chrome grill. The OEM driving lamps were put on after the chrome grill was installed. When I put the driving lamps back on the original body colored grill, will any drilling be required? or is the reinstall fairly simple?
