Looking for a racey'r stripe
 

is that a word race-e- er? I'd like to get rid of my stock stripes. I like the viper stripe when it goes all the way down the bumper and boot...but am still searching for something cooler. has anyone seen anything? i've already looked at cooper flags, mighty stripes and artistic. if you have a picture of a cool stripe job... i'd love to see it.

i'd also like to go over the roof....but my roof is black and a black stripe seems to look best...or be the only option on my laser blue / black.

Ever find some racier stipes? I ave the same color combination Laser blue/black with black bonnet stripes on the hood. Would like to find some nicer or more interesting combos

Check my Gallery. Mike at Aesthetic Creations. I have Carbon Fiber Shelby Stripes. You could do them in Viper Stripes...and he can do different colors!! Mike has some great ideas, and whatever else you can think of. He can refine your rough ideas make em look cool

check out www.airbornemini.com its gen 1 stuff. but the stripes and designs can be aplied to gen 2 and it looks hot.

i ordered some viper type stripes from mike and they should be arriving this week. black viper type stripes but on an angle. i post pictures when done. i did have a local guy cut me a big red s for the roof that looks cool

I believe the word would be "racier" but the common meaning is more risque (verging on impropriety or indecency). :grin:

I think you could jazz it (or some other stripe) up a bit with bright pinstripes at the edges of the various stripes. The color would depend on the effect you want. On Laser Blue, bright yellow or orange would make good accent pinstripes. For example, do the stripe in Burgundy metalic, and add bright orange pinstripes to the edges of each stripe.

I originally wanted a Dark Silver metalic stripe with chrome pinstripe edging, but there were a number of miscommunications and price changes with MightyStipes. So, I settled for black. Not too happy with the quality of the vinyl I received. Now I see they announced that they are using better quality vinyl. :sad:

I just saw one, blue with blue ghost flames, looked fantastic, unfortunately, no camera at the time, I'll see if I can track them down to post a pic. Not stripes, even better, IMO...

How about getting a Laser Blue stripe for the roof in the same stripe pattern as the bonnet and boot, to cover the entire length of the car? But if you want a stripe that isn't the same as anything else you've seen on the mini, look at the muscle cars of yesterday and even today for inspiration.
