I wanted something different from the normal stripes out there so I went with the classic hash stripes. Being a Corvette fanatic I always loved the way the 1996 C4 Corvette GS looked in Admiral Blue with the big white stripe down the centre and the red hash marks (on driver side only). I went with two per side and then added the John Cooper stickers to finish. I added two smaller hash marks to my dash and then added the JCW flag. Looks pretty cool with the floormats .
When I ordered my 2012 Roadster last May, I liked the look of the black JCW with the red stripes and red mirror caps. I decided to get the S model but still liked the black/red look.
I had the dealer install the red mirror caps, and the silver stripes came from the factory. I thought that adding some red accents here and there would bring it all together.

I painted my mirror caps red (left the top white) and love how they changed the look of my car! Yours my friend look saaweet with the little red bits here and there. Red caps on a black car look sinister.
Added John Cooper stripes up top and a union Jack stripe to the side and my old Herbie race number to seperate it from all the plain pepper white mini's in my area.
question - I'm planning on getting stripes for my Clubman S, but it has the panoramic sunroof. Is it worth putting the stripes on the roof? Or are the the "transparent" stripes (with all the holes) part of the roof kit?
