Post here if you spotted a fellow Mini on Hawaii roads!!
That's the car! I saw it @ 4:15 coming up the hill heading towards Kalama Valley. I was driving the silver MC. With all the probs with that car, I just use it as a beater to haul junk around like air compressors, racing jacks...

hey, i was in the area around that time...i was touring the east side checking on the wrap-around from that giant winter swell that closed out the north shore. i was checking the lanai lookout for any whales at around 4 and came down kalanianaole hwy around 430 or so.
per the topic of this thread, i have been seeing the last 2 weeks or so a brand new cr/cr or b mcs with 12/03 paper plates at wahiawa medical arts parking lot. so aren't those plates expired then?

>>spotted a YL/Blk MC for sale at the Volvo dealership on Ala Moana.
Seems like a lot of people are getting out of their MINIs for other cars these days. bgrpph told me he saw a '02 CR/W MC on the Hickam "lemon" lot. Maybe the cars that are popping up in the secondary market are the '02s?

Interesting day today. On my way home from the MINI & a Movie, I was stopped at the light to make a left turn off Kalanianaole Hwy and what passes me? 3 MINIs, actually, 2 MINIs and 1 Mini all in a row, 2 DS MCS and 1 BRG Classic. Cool day!
doesn't that make you wanna p/u another mini? just not ds '02 though.
i was gonna wash my rather shiny mcs, but the sun dove below the horizon rather quickly and it's a little chilly tonight.
saw 2 mini's' on the way home. forget what colors they were, but i must say they looked rather shiny.

you mean in a mini cap and thongs? that would be perfect for just cruising around in my mini. ahhh, then i can really appreciate the wet okole seat covers. of course, i would spray some protectant coating on before doing so.
woah, what has this thread come to? (please film all activities for showing at the next MINI & a movie)
now back to the topic of this thread....i see so many MINIs on the road, i cant even keep track anymore. please do not forget to pass out your flyers when you see other MINIs on the road. i've already given one out -- to a ly/w cooper that i saw in the sushiland/dai-ryu/baskin robbins parking lot on king street this weekend....

saw the gold mc with "minini" plates at kahala mall today ~5pm. almost drive right past it without noticing it, but luckily the traffic flow stopped me right beside it. oh, oh, forgot to stick a 808motoring flyer on the windshield...
kbseto -- you can't forget to do that! i've already placed a few of them on....the last one being an ib/ib mcs parked at the pearlridge parking lot the other night  now it's just waiting to see if these people actually care to find us  heheh.
*Kohu'ulaMINI: Sup, my friend. Saw you yesterday morning & this morning in between your fire station & your Mickey D's as you sat patiently while I whizzed on by. I didn't know that some congestion took place coming outta your 'hood on weekday mornings. Well, nowhere's perfect, huh? See you on Monday, dude
Saw a bunch of sweet S' in Ewa Beach on Friday. My daughter was thrilled too! It was nice meeting some new people too. Mahalo to those MINI owners for putting it together and making sure things went smoothly. Mahalo to "pc" for allowing us to take over his place. Hope to see more of you folks soon.

thongs!!!!....
