Well, four more days until Super Lap! Depending on the situation (politics, conditions, etc.), it may possibly be the LAST Super Lap at HRP. The March event is not showing on the calendar as it is near the "closing" date of HRP.

Super Lap will run rain or shine. BUT let's pray for "no rain".

I think we have cwlouis, eastsidemini, bgrpph, and dakinemini running this weekend. Anyone planning to stop by? Make sure you look for us and say "hi".

 

As usual, my tent will be up for whoever comes BUMP if this is our last event Well, more time for GOLF

Well Louis, it looks like it'll only be you and me (representing the MINIs) in the morning now. Barry will arrive after the first practice session. I think I'll go check out the tents and see if I can pick one up by Saturday morning.

I will be there for a couple of hours in the morning. The In-laws leave Sat. evening, family time. I wont run with you guys because my MINI is still to new and not modified at all ( soon to fixed). What time for the spectator crowd, can drive to the pits with you guys, and I have a camera.

I think the track gets "hot" around 9am so any time before that will be good. We'll be in line at 7:30 and I think the gate opens at 8.

I was watching the LPGA tournament at Ko Olina and they kept saying tomorrow is going to rain. But when I check AccuWeather.com it says cloudy only. Who to believe? I have my race tires on right now, and I am debating if I should change to street tires or not. I'd hate to see it pouring rain in the morning with me driving DOWN Makakilo Dr. in race tires!
