As we start a new season on July 29 we usually have a pre-season tune up.
So on Sunday July 22 at Aloha Stadium lower parking lot we are having a Test and Tune- good time to get more driving in, non competion and more practice day.
We have instructors so just ask. Time to do adjustments if you have things to try out- suspension or wheel changes.
Limited to about half the normal number of drivers for more time to run. Still have to work but overall more seat time.
Otherwise we have 12 events during the July 2018 to April 2019 season

Next autocross test and tune at Aloha Stadium is July 21 sunday.
You can bring more than one car to drive but need to have all tech inspected in the morning. You are allowed one pit crew and support car per driver.
You need a snell rated helmet and closed shoes to drive and ride along.
Pre-reg will open on motorsportreg.com a week before the event. Usually fewer drivers are allowed to attend in order to give each driver more runs.
Test and tune is a practice day and you can ask others to provide limited informal instruction. Feel free to ride along with others and try out different strategies

Pre-reg is now open for Test and Tune at Aloha Stadium July 21 sunday
Limited to first 60 drivers and we are almost full at 51 drivers as of monday morning.
https://www.motorsportreg.com/events...awa-lot-611057
Test and tune was full and weather was good. Each driver had two of the four heats to drive in with 5 runs per heat, then worked one heat. Short break for lunch and opportunity to walk the course twice.
Fun runs at the end as time permits.
Overall the course was good with optional elements and two traction circles one small and the other medium sized. This means you can practice circling in either direction or treat it like a skid pad during your run. Extra circling was allowed.
Roughly 30 second course best times for race tires 25.0 and on street tires about one second slower.
