WANT TO RENT MINI ON MAUI
 

Aloha from a Fellow Mini Enthusiast from the Mainland!

My Wife and I will be visiting the beautiful Isle of Maui April 21-May 1, and would love to rent a Cooper 'S' for our stay. I have been unsuccessful in locating a Mini to rent from any rental agency, including the "specialized" Sports car businesses. No leads provided either. Can someone help? Mahalo!

We have a MINI rental place on Oahu, however, I think you are out of luck for Maui.

There is actually already a classic Mini club on Maui. One of members purchased his classic Mini from one of their club members.

Here's a pic of the Maui Mini Club's sticker on one of the Classic Minis in our club. He bought the Mini from a Maui Mini Club member.

You might want to contact Alamo in Hawaii to check on MINIs, I think they have a few but not sure on which island

I'm reviving this thread. I'm looking to rent a MINI on Maui when we return next year. I can't seem to find them anywhere but Oahu. Anyone know of a company that rents them?

Thanks for the feedback. I tried Budget but they didn't have any. I tried relay rides too but their closest MINI was in San Francisco. :(

I know that this has been asked a few times in this thread already, but the last post was in 2013 so I thought I'd cast a line and see if there are any new developments. So... Does anybody know of a resource for renting a Mini while on Maui? I'm going out with my wife for our 8th anniversary next May and (just like everybody else) would love to be able to drive a Mini around that island. I've been there before for work and it's all I could think about while driving the crappy rental they gave me. lol. Relayrides.com seemed promising, but nobody has a Mini available for rent on Maui - they are all on the big island. There is, however, a Tesla - tempting but not quite the same. What's the word?
