Great service at MINI of Hawai'i!
Had a great time at MoH with some minor warranty work this past Monday. Took my MCS in for:
:eek2: Loose Intercooler Screws :eek2: Ill fitting passenger side door handle speaker housing :eek2: Peeling paint on the foward dual cup holder Dropped the MINI off at 8:30 AM and picked up at 3:30 PM. Screws were Loc Tited, housing was fixed, and a new cup holder is on order. All FREE! Eric Triebil did a great job running my Indi Blue baby through the process. Oh, and you just GOTTA love the FREE espresso! Sure beats Servco Motors! All I ever got free there was puzzled looks! Aloha! JCW04 |
I'll second that..
I too had great service at MoH on Monday - dropped it off at night owl drop on Sunday night - got a call on Monday at 3:00pm to say it was ready - all issues fixed - one recall notice item, new front speakers to replace those that were playing nothing but rasp (not rap!) and adjustment to the driver window and back hatch latch. All with a smile and "thanks for the business"!
That's aloha spirit! Mahalo MINI of Hawaii Service Dept!!          |
Lucky you live Hawai'i
Judging from the other posts it seems that there are a number of evil, vicious, mean, and nasty service/MINI sales offices up state side  . Lucky we have a good one here. I guess being the ONLY MINI dealer in the State ensures the high quality of customer service and satisfaction.
3655 miles since July and smooth motoriing so far  ! MINI on folks! JCW04 |
I know the BMW / MINI dealership in Honolulu has had some pretty serious quality issues in the past, so here's to hoping that they've gotten those smoothed out. The new MINI is a good little car, and when you've got good service it goes a long way!
