DYNO Set Up Fail
Went for some DYNO time today and could not get the GP to stay in one gear. I did all the proper set up (Roller Test Mode / DSC Off) but the GP3 would not stay in the proper gear regardless of whether is was in Normal, Sport or Manual shifting modes. As soon as it hit 3,000 RPM it would go the next higher gear. Even if you attempted to hold it in 4th gear it would reflect it was in 4th gear but continue to upshift. What am I doing wrong?

Turns out I needed to hit the odometer reset button one more time to get it into roller test mode. These numbers are way better than stock. Running an Eventuri intake, AIRTEK intercooler and the NM Engineering power module set on low. I will never set it to high. With 340 WHP I redefined one season tires. I only get one season from a set of tires.

The Mustang Dyno is called the heartbreaker, as it always reads lower than others!!! |
