Bram, hope this helps.
This is the JCW Leather wheel that is normal thickness but has a red stitching on the inside. Found on newer JCW's and JCW Countryman.

Is there a retrofit kit for the GP2 brakes?
By chance do you have specs for the Brakes in terms of how much clearance is needed for them to fit and a complete package price for the brake kit (Front, Back, Lines, Rotors, etc.)? Please do let me know.
ECS if you by chance have the answers to this please feel free to chime in as well. Thanks.

Also for those wanting it, we just got the GP Strut tower braces in stock today and can ship today too.

To my knowledge, the GP2 wheel hasn't been released by MINI yet so there won't be a cooresponding part for it until it becomes release by MINI like there are for the seat belts and strut tower bar, etc.

There isn't a good spec, that is why I started the wheel fitment thread as it is all determined off the spoke size as that is what hits the brakes.

Also what's the part number for the GP bar?

The actual cars have already been brought to market and sold by Mini, so I don't think we should have to wait for any release of the part numbers, since they'll be made available as replacement parts for vehicles on the road, at least. If all these other "GP model only" part numbers have been published, the steering wheel part number should be available for reference as well (even if the wheel is currently on backorder, for example).

For instance, I was at MINI of Plano last week having my car serviced and naturally spent the majority of time in the parts department after looking at their lot of GP2 waiting for PDI. I asked him specifically about the Recaro seats, and he mentioned that they do not have the ability to order those parts (even though they and us have the part number) because they haven't been released for public purchase by MINI in Germany.
To your point about the part number availability, they brought one of the GP2s into the service bay for it's PDI, and when they got to greasing the coil over springs, one of the techs came into the parts department looking for that grease. He gave the guy the part number that was listed to be used in greasing the springs, and there was absolutely nothing in any system for that number.
So obviously while some part numbers have been published, others haven't been and others aren't even in the system yet. That's all I'm trying to say.
