ra2fanatic - Most of the GP 2 parts of the interior rear are not available yet. From the list the only ones available are silver tube covers for the red brace.

Thanks

I don't think you will find one available anywhere. But there is one here: http://mini.sewellparts.com/accessor...2012/6860.html

Komet155 how do you like your GP2 steering wheel?

I have had the GP2 steering wheel on order coming from Germany. It's due to arrive in Jacksonville any day. I should have it early next week.

Did the bottom cover with the JCW emblem come with the wheel?

It's so so SO much better than the stock leather wheel IMHO.

Yes, it comes with the lower center cover with JCW badge.

I am looking for the little rubber or foam part. That wraps the vacum tubing.

Just the part above, they might have updated the part and lost the additional foam. The part still has a protection sleeve on it.

I just ordered the GP2 coilovers

I realize this thread is a bazillion years old, but my struts just went on my 2013 JCW Coupe so I decided I'd add another GP2 part to the car.

Did anyone else put them on? If so, how did you like them?

Are you referring to the GP2 coil overs? I would avoid those. It’s the one part on the GP2 which has been prone to premature failure under normal driving conditions.

Yep, seems like the first production runs for the GP2 suspension had s squeaky front struts and some of them went time to time. We had 2 local guys get them changed under warranty ( actually we helped out many MINI dealers as we had stock and they did not have any, so we sold some to dealers) and one person got our full kit a couple of years ago and they have been fine.

If you get them used look at the production date, if they are older right before the GP2 came out I would worry.

I appreciate the quick answers…

Seriously though? I just ordered them. This is the first I am hearing of any problems with GP2 parts. This is a big investment for me. How could a flag ship vehicle like the GP have a problem like that?
