Got my GP !!!!!

I finally got my GP from Towson Mini !!
My number is 0271 !!!
This car is soooooo fast !!
Only two minor problems with the car.
First the number 1 on the roof is misaligned with the other numbers as it is higher. Also the rear hatch is not closing well and you need to slam it o the warning light lights up.
Hopefully Towson Mini will take care of these problems.

Ouch. The rear hatch issue is common with many new Minis . . . as far as I know. The rubber bumpers are a tad, uhm, stiff.

Rag it out.

Got my GP on Tuesday for sale today

The car is really great but the spoiler is too much for my wife. She wants a less in your face appearance. So it is for sale. Number 301 is to be offered today on Autotrader.com. Best offer over list will take it. Presently parked in the garage in Westchester NY with 40 miles on it.

I will order a new JCW Cooper S today. This is the real deal. I will e-mail a copy of the window sticker on request.

I hate to do this after waiting so long since ordering it in April but my loss can be someones gain.

If you are interested e mail me at lcf@usa829.org

It's disappointing how people want to make money on these cars, buying and quickly reselling for a profit :(

The phrase "best offer over list" (a) indicates you want to make money and (b) is open ended where you can continuously tell people "no, I got a better offer, do you want to offer more"

And who can possibly claim that the GP spoiler is the reason not to own the car - or that during the last six months, they never noticed it in all the pictures!

I don't know what the reason (s) for selling is but the spoiler is a pretty weak excuse as the spoiler is actually one of the best features of the GP.

CHLIMINI. good luck with the sale ... but this thread was about someone who wanted to share his happiness about the GP not an advertisement. NAM has a For Sale section .. please go there !
