Okay, On to the Next Project

Can anyone tell me which of these part numbers are the GP1 seat covers? I did a search here (I never have good luck) and on the internet but I can't find the answer.

I think this Allmag listing has the correct numbers:

I punched those numbers into my local dealer:

bottom cover

back rest, right

No luck with the left backrest 995 though.

Are you going to get brand new skins?

Looking again,
I see why my dealer doesn't have the left backrest,
apparently it was discontinued.

The realoem page you linked to shows it as ENDED:

Well, that's disappointing. My upholsterer can recover them and the job will be almost an exact match. Honestly, nobody will notice if the seats aren't side by side, but it will cause me great emotional pain.

C'mon man and forgo the great emotional pain, improve upon the limitations of the factory.

Make it yours and yours alone.

Only us sadass'd yanks got dissed from no option of fancyup Recaro,
so it goes,
and goes
and goes.
Gone,
gone.
Gone.

It is we who is we,
we our is them or us and always,
in all ways,
the whole of the hole,
holy motoring,
it'll make you a believer!

Believe!

Good God Almighty!

Hallelujah!

I dunno what the F I'm trying to say.
but,
like an eecummings poem,
many interpretations exist.

We each own interpret our individual reality,
dig the prism,
and enjoy.

Well, that was unexpected, and quite a treat actually. I thoroughly enjoyed that post from start to finish. Thanks.

Welp it may be some time before my next project.

I am going to have my shoulder repaired on Tuesday and will be unable to drive a stick for at least 10 weeks. She's going to get a cover and just relax until I can get behind the whell again.

:(

My surgery was postponed until next Thursday, so another week of GP driving!

I need to get a decal of that Chupacabra....
