Someone felt the need to bash my rear window in on my GP. Does anyone know if the rear window on the GP is the same part as the rear window on a normal cooper?

I would assume they are not he same. The GP has no hole for the rear wiper and the black border has an opening on the bottom for the 3rd brake light to shine through.

 

Looks like the part number for a GP rear window is 51317183251

 

We don't carry the glass but the GP looks like this: Part number 51317183251

You can see the rear light is in the bottom of the window. No rear wiper also.

It is not the same at all as a R53. No wiper hole, 3rd brake light opening. But mostly, the edges of the glass on left and right sides are etched ( shaved or cut ) to allow the wing to be mounted.
