Dark Silver is perfect. Not loud, yet doesn't put you to sleep...

I'm not biased at all btw.

 

My first choice would have been BRG flat, not metallic. Soooo decided to go with SS/Blk with the Lounge Red interior. Love the color combo.

DEFINITELY not! I actually somewhat expected to regret it as I purchased my PW/B off the lot mostly out of sheer impatient. My original SS/B MINI was totaled after waiting 4 weeks for it and the PW just so happened to exactly match my options except for the color. However now I love this color even more than the first. Tis BEAUTIFUL

 

I can't remember where I saw this--can't find it in a search here on NAM--but I thought it is appropriate. Ever since I read this, I've been looking around. He's right! In my childhood I remember a Nash Rambler in pink and gray, a Buick in baby blue and white, and (oh wait--those aren't exactly good examples!).

I must say that I have NEVER wished I had another color, because it is such an odd color..GOLD All the way!!! even when my brother went out and got one that was silver, i still like my color the best!!! If i had to choice another color though, it would have to be some other very odd color!!

 

Choice was definitely a dilemma, but we're still happy with our SS/W with white stripes.

 

If I had the money to do it, I definitely would have hunted down a Hot Orange MCSC with black stripes and black wheels... mm mm delicious!

 

I love my BRG! deep shine and regal look.

 

Yours is a timely post. I just saw the first gold/black MC I've ever spotted on the road, and it was beautiful! When I bought my first MINI (2005 PW/B), there was an all gold MC on the lot and I didn't really care for it. That was 2-1/2 years ago and I haven't seen one since....that is, until today. And it really was lovely, shiny and regal. A totally different look from my sporty looking '07 oxygen blue/white MC, but both look great.

 

Well, I almost drove away with NFR/W but ended up with BRG/W, it all came down to delivery. Both are excellent colors, but I feel that the end result is right for me and the car. I think I would have had the remorse if I went with the NFR to be honest.

 

I fell in love with my PW on sight and I've never regretted it for a minute.

 

I bought my EB/EB '03 Cooper the day after I first saw it, and the color was the first thing that caught my attention. Then when I saw the JCW badges, it was just a matter of negotiating the price......

The only other color I like as much is Red, but the EB is more rare so I'm completely happy with it.........

 

God, I hate my Liquid Yellow. I don't know what I was thinking picking it up.
I really dig Red, Blue or Pepper white

 

I dunno man, I saw a Liquid Yellow that was done up with aero parts and stuff, and I have to say it looked amazing! I think the black/yellow contrast can be done up pretty strikingly. Plus, that one had the Helipad roof graphic, and it looks sweet cuz it matches! I think...

 

Had the beautiful Silk Green been available I would have ordered that. I was hard pressed to decide between Oxygen Blue (or was it Laser??) and Mellow Yellow. Then I happened to see a PW/B in a parking lot and I had an epiphany. I think some of the retired colors are the most beautiful and I thought the '07 colors were a bit too conservative.

I specifically didn't want the heartbreak of metallic paint, but I really think it's beautiful and my next MINI may have metallic.

Yeah, I want another color, but in addition to, not instead of the one I got.

 

Out of all the current colors mini has to choose from, i wouldnt change mine. But i just found out that they are adding 3 new colors for 09. Lime Green, some sort of bright orange, and a sherbert pink. I really want a pink mini! maybe not sherbert pink, but some pink. but i also love my mini's color as it is now. i have an OB/W w/ white bonnet stripes

On our day to Test Drive, Hubby and I saw an OB/W in the garage of the Dealership and it looked very Nostalgic, very clean and crisp. I think we both knew instantly that that was the color for us.
MOLLY will be coming HOME tomorrow!!!

I still love my BRG, but I now also really like Electric Blue.

And my wife still wishes we had gotten Black Eye Purple!

 

I always knew I wanted a CR Mini, so for my first Mini, that was a no brainer. But, Mini has so many great colors, we are already talking about what color the second Mini will be.
