Yeah I was just abbreviating by saying the tune. I would like to do the JCW Tuning Kit as well as some custom wheels. I'm not sure If I want the 17's or the 18's or if I should do the suspension first. The JCW Aero kit would be nice as well but all of this is kind ofdreaming at this point in time as unfortunately the dealer doesn't accept monopoly money.

 

Here's my '08 Cooper S Astro Black / White Roof that I got on Valentine's Day of this year 2009.

The car was in Nagoya unsold ever since it arrived in April 2008, and when I went to the MINI dealership in Tokyo, since I wanted this exact colour combination, they proposed this bad boy to me, and trucked it here.
Never driven, had less than 7km on the counter.
Love how deep or flat the paint can look depending on light and angle

Astro Black...picked her up tonight.

 

OMG...I went out to wax my baby tonight and there is a ding right above the "S" on the driver's side. I thought my head was going to explode. I park as far away as I possibly can from any shopping center I visit, usually so far away that you can barely see me on the horizon. HOW this happened is a mystery. I have ding insurance on him, but I don't know if they'll be able to make it look 100%. I swear if they don't, I'm going to freak out. I'm so sad...

OKAY! GOOD NEWS! The ding was taken out in a matter of minutes by Mini's body shop. Looks just like new! Hurray!!!

I originally wanted an ink black. But, once I saw astro black in person, I wasn't disappointed. It's not a true black. It's on the dark blue/purple side (or BLURPLE!) I've had her for 3 months now and I don't regret my decision one bit.

here is a shot of my Astro Black! I love the color and am glad that this one was not taken, as a matter of fact he was a carry over 06 that i got in 10-07! the only things i wished he had was hid, and harmon-kardon everything else is spot on!!!

Bought mine back in December 2009. Two-toned it with Dark Silver Metallic.

 

Picked Alice up about a year ago, used so I didn't have a choice in color, I liked the way the car drove so I bought it and the color has really grown on me. I also not usually a fan of chrome but this color matches well with the chrome exterior package and chrome mirror caps.

 

Looks really good with the two tone.
