Shift Knob Covers - Where to buy
 

So I recently installed the all metal Monte Carlo shift knob and in preparation for summer, would like to find a cover for it.

I found the below on google images but cannot find any place that sells them.

Anyone have any ideas? (Even just a plain black one shaped like below would be better than anything mini web vendors, ebay or amazon have)
