R56S Will Turn but Won't Start

The car is garage kept, but it's been cold here and it hasn't been started in about a week.

Starter cranks but engine won't fire. I got a new battery, no change. No codes in the ECU.

Any recommendations?

Well I got it started. I took all the plugs out, and this thing is running rich. I basically let it turn over once or twice, then would stop and wait. x 10 and it finally started.

Getting a tune ASAP.

Sounds like you flooded your cylinders. The only way that would happen is if your coils/plugs weren't firing at first, or injectors were leaking.
If this happens again, you may want to investigate the above.
