Mini needs $3K in repairs so I am giving up and gonna sell it. What do I repair first

I guess your love for the car was just skin deep after all...
Some mini's are largely trouble free.... Some need a bit of loving....
Sometimes driving style(yours or perhaps the prior owner(s)) plays a part...
But when the love ends....it is time as you found out...
I WOULD say that sometimes a dealer will say a car needs stuff dine NOW when it might be OK for months or YEARS as is...they are simply normally dealing with new cars where cost is no object....
But when a list of possible issues becomes long enough it makes you worry...sell...
Generally sell the car either
1- 100% ...needs nothing and ready to drive...premium pricing.
Or
2- as is...you get what you see....an HONEST sell will list the issues....and discount the price accordingly.

how much would I take
car is worth about 10k in what I'm gonna call fair condition due to previously stated mechanical issues, paint is in great shape, no scratches or dents (drivers side door sill is missing and mini logo came off the steering wheel... might replace those, not sure)
I want to stick near there
I might take 9k
but I have not put a whole lot of thought into it yet. Mini is just returning my car today and I have a huge project due this weekend
just need to find the tutorial for how to save the cooper s badge when I pull off the boot stripes
