NO A/C after Stereo Install. What'd I break?

I've just finished my stereo install in my 2007 MCS. It sounds great (New HU, Amp, Speakers, Subwoofer) and I utilized all of the factory plugs with a metra harness. However, now my A/C is only blowing warm air, and only from the bottom vents. None of the top vents are firing at all. What did I break?
