Pull to Inflate

1 Attachment(s)
As, I parked my new JCWCM in the company parking lot. I find it hilarious the comments I have heard from different coworkers regarding the red tow hook with the label "Pull to Inflate" I installed. They seriously inquired what really inflates when the little ringy thing it pulled. My only response I could think of is to say that my ego inflates. Any other comments I could use would be appreciated.

Also, thank you to OutMotoring for the fantastic product!

Tell them the car inflates into a Hummer!

I say it turns into the 4 door mini or that it inflates all the airbags

I just look at them with a horror-stricken face and ask "you didn't pull it did you?'"

Why not say something like "go ahead. Pull my handle. You know you want to."

Sitting at Starbucks and watching folks trying to figure out what happens if they pull my tow hook and what inflates. One dared the second guy to pull it. The response was: No way! It may shock me.

well we are on the subject, can you easily remove the cover without messing
up the paint ? Been afraid to try it. But with 500 miles on her I am the anal one vacuuming the mats when I get home.

Use two plastic cards(credit/debit) and it'll pop right out. I did it on day one and didn't have a problem.

I never had one on my TA , miata, or either of my MINI's. Did have on my truck but I aint putting holes in my MINI's till told I have to .

I've pulled mine out by hand just to inspect. No big deal.

With the right electrical knowledge it'd be relatively easy to put some kind of buzzer on there... hee hee hee

Another coworker, asked me this afternoon if that was my white mini in the parking lot. He then said he wanted to know what that Pull to Inflate thingy was. I told him it was to inflate my ego!

Looking at possibly buying a mini, what is that ring pull thingy actually for, if you don't mind me asking.

renchjeep 09-21-2021 07:38 PM

Janado---It's a tow hook for rescuing wayward race cars.

Thank you renchjeep!
