I'm at 155,000 on my '06 Cabrio Justa. 90% of the time only changed the oil when the computer told me to, and still running OEM Plugs, and belt. Been thru a few Thermostat gaskets, upper motor mounts, and a set front axles probably due to how low it is.. Still going strong and getting over 30 MPG still..

This thread makes me happy. Just bought an '05 R53 after missing the MINI lifestyle for a few months. Sold my R55 late last summer. The new-to-me R53 has 155k on it. I replaced the spark plugs the day after I bought it. Threw a CEL on the way home from transferring the title. That's always a fun feeling.... Running like a champ now.

162,000 on my '07 Justa R56. He's drinking oil and I'll be ordering a F55 shortly. My '04 was traded in much earlier because of the CVT.

I'd motored ~ 135,000 on my '03 S when I parked it. Felt the $$ needed to rebuild suspension (bushings, struts, other necessary stuff) didn't really fit well with plans for future miles. OEM clutch still solid though.

Bought a BTO '07 S... BIG mistake that!

That one got traded @ ~ 97,000 (in 5-1/2 years spent 5-1/2months in shop, 4-1/2 for crankcase breather issues) for an off-the-lot '13 Clubman that has 47,000 on it today.

Thinking maybe a '16 S hardtop next. I like that twin-scroll 1,500 3 cyl. with the 6-speed!

180k on my '02.
cvt dumped it's belt last week, in the middle of attempting rebuild.
just received the belt and I'm kind of thinking -> fat chain to wear around my neck instead of repairing the car... much easier to install and I can only imagine the number of ladies that would want to touch it if I was to use it as such bling! although I'd be wearing it on the bus.

190k on my '05 R53, keeping it!

Long since paid off, so occasional major repairs acceptable, like new clutch and flywheel at 150k. Do most repairs myself, Just put new new B4 struts all the way around, drives like a new car!

I have an 09 base model with a manual transmission. I have just over 190000 miles on it now and had about 180000 about a year ago. I don't drive as much now, I moved and got a different job, so I've only driven it about 10k in the last year. I replaced the clutch at 70k miles, had a small oil leak fixed about two years ago, a small coolant leak fixed last year, and an issue where the door wouldn't open (some plastic part which is known to break). Now that I don't have to drive much, I want to keep my mini as long as I can. I'm ready for a new clutch any day now. I've heard the automatic coopers are much less reliable than the manual. My mechanic already told me to let him know when I want to sell it. Maybe I got lucky, but this was a great purchase for me.

2005 Mini Cooper R50

My 2005 Mini Cooper is R50 (not S). She has had what seems like a lot of replacements recently, but that is to come with old age. She has almost 174,000 miles. I have recently replaced the fuel pump, radiator fan, spark plugs, coil pack, and AC compressor.

156k miles on my R52 Justa daily driver. Had it a month and nothing has failed. Yet.

I'm having a blast with my toy car.

Egan has over 162k Miles, and just recently had his first clutch replacement (among other things). He is still going very strong, and shows no signs of slowing down, and neither do I. I got mine back in 2006, and was my DD for ten years until I needed something more practical for work, and now Egan lives on as my weekend/project fun car. 😎
