Props to Mini of Portland (PDX)
 

These guys get it. I had a great experience with Mini of Portland that needs to be touted. I roll in on Tuesday to ask a question about my Mini which has 47500 to see about a few things/issues prior to he warranty expiring.

The service technician says to me, "uhhh...your warranty is up Saturday.." I was thinking 50k all the way and totally dismissed the month limit part of the warranty since I purchased used. They told me not to worry and to leave the car with them after explaining everything I could think of which could be an issue. I got a rental cheap with their special pricing at Enterprise as the loaners were out and picked up my car today, two days later, with everything fixed on warranty except for a part on order which they will install at a later date with no additional cost. They are even going to wait to do the work until they know they can give me a loaner.

I have never been treated so well in any dealership. Thank you Mini of Portland!

I couldn't agree more - I applaud MINI of Portland as well. Everyone in the organization is "top notch" especially Bradley Oneill - our sales rep along with Jerrod in the service dept. Great people!:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
