Contacting Owner's Lounge?
 

In looking for the PDF version of the owners manual for my new Coupe, I tried to send a message to the Owner's Lounge through their Contact form. (They have manuals online only up to 2011 models, for some reason.) But when I try to send my message, I cannot, because it is asking for a "valid" email address.

Well, my "valid" email address ends with .net, not the more common .com. I am pretty sure that I know what the problem is: some lazy web programmer used a RegEx for the email field that matched email addresses that end only with ".com". How do I contact them to report this problem so I can send messages to ask about things such as updated manuals?

I have sent several emails to the Owners Louge and received no replies. I don't it operates anymore.

Regarding on line owners manual.
I ordered my '10 Clubman in Dec '09 and was sure the '10 owners manual would be up any day. After weeks I tried contacting through OL and the main web site.
I did get a relpy from one of them, if I remember right I think it was from the main site? They said something like we don't know when of if they will be available....

Months later I got one of those MINI corporate surveys. I asked again on that form...... probably coincidence but shortly alter that in the middle of NOV ' 10, both the '10 and '11 owners manuals showed up on OL.

The corp. survey was from the finance area as I have a loan from MINI/BMW. The finance section of OL is up to date but nothing else on OL seems to get much attention...

Have you tried picking up the phone and calling Mini USA?

What is this "phone" thing of which you speak? :)
