Ya thats what I thought but, there was posted a few years ago that Nissan/Infiniti had a silicone paint that would heal itself when scratched so thats what I figured they might be trying to do. Meh it sounded to good to be true

USA Today

USA Today actually had that posted as an article then later changed it to update that they spoke with the head of mini usa to confirm it was an April fools Joke. Apparently USA today is somewhat gullible.
