I wonder if these were the original owners?

I saw that article this morning......and was wondering the same thing. Either they are the new owners and got the shock of their lives when they tried to get insurance. Or they were the sellers in that ad.....and were trying to get rid of it, because of the insurance problems. Either way, I'd be curious to hear how much someone ends up paying for coverage for it.

That's the coolest Mini in the world. I'd drive it! I'd list the color as silver for the insurance and get on with it.

Its fun to look at and probably worth more as a show car. Still it would be very interesting to drive. Maybe you would be less likely to be tailgated or rearended since approaching cars would see themselves bearing down. The best part would be driving at night since high beams would only blind the driver behind you!

That classic that was linked to could just be a very finely polished black.

Some black cars can be like mirrors.

Just try to imagine whether you could see yourself in it.

Personally I think you'd have to be a Cro-Magnon to love that thing...

Well, if you can afford the insurance then she's all yours. Try GEICO...I hear their website is so easy even a caveman could use it.
