I keep reading about MINI events, meeting at parking lots, display your MINI's, then drive to a diner, or another eatery just to chat with other MINI owners. I live in Fairfield, CT, and haven't seen any opportunities to join an event that doesn't require at least a 1/2 days drive. Please let me know if I'm just missing opportunities.

NEMini are a good group. I haven't had time to join their events in a long time.

Down if Fairfield you might also want to look into NYC clubs. I'm guessing there are some that travel up the CT coast once in a while.

I highly recommend going up to NH for minis on top. That's a great event but that will be a little while.
