MINI Parts seen on "How It's Made"

I was watching "How It's Made" the other day on Discovery Science channel. There was a segment on a car seat manufacturer, and I thought something in one of the first shots looked familiar. Hey! That's the useless map pocket in the back of the MINI's front seats! Sure enough, the whole segment was showing the assembly of various styles of MINI seats. Of course they never mention any brand names on that show.

One interesting fact is that every set of seats is photographed with its serial number prove they were in good condition leaving the factory.

Anyone know where the seats are made?

There's a thread about it somewhere around here.

That show is filmed in Canada and only features Canadian products.

BTW, that "useless map pocket" on the back of a MINIs seats is perfect for one of those spring shades (when folded up, of course).
