Installing exterior molding/trim. What's involved?

Does anyone know what's involved in replacing the exterior molding that starts at the top corner of the windshield and goes along the side of the car to the rear? I have both moldings as well as two small clips that go with them. Not sure if this is something I should do myself or have done. The A-Pillar was very simple, so I'm wondering if this is just as easy. I'm knowledgeable when it comes to working on cars, but have never done trim work.

Any and all help would be much appreciated!

EDIT: If I have this done at the dealership, will their work come with a warranty? I already have the OEM parts that were purchased at a dealership.
