Progress rear sway bar is worth the money

I just installed the 22mm Progress Technology rear sway bar and have it set for the softest setting of the 2 choices and it feels great even on my stock strut/spring setup. I was concerned with the 22mm bar after reading some caution notices in this forum, but would have to say there's not much to worry about. I took off ramps pretty quickly and it turns in quicker and eliminates practically all body roll. I'm not sure how it'll be on a track, but for my street and odd trackday driving...it works well for me.

It's probably the best mod and one of the least costly one of all. Something you all should get. I say skip the 19mm bar and go for the big one!

Is the Progress 22mm bar solid or hollow?
The reason I ask is that a 22mm hollow bar would be similar to a 20mm solid bar. Do you know the rate increases over a stock 16mm bar or a sport 17mm bar?

I found that a solid 22mm bar or equivalent 25mm hollow bar works well on stock or even different spring setup. The problems of using a 22mm solid bar come into play when when adjustable/fixed front camber plates are used to increase the negative camber in the front so that the front sticks much better inducing more oversteer with a very stiff rear bar.
