My musical hero, Eddie Van Halen has/had one. He has said it's loud as hell and has been pulled over when he drives it.

 

 

A couple years ago I saw a photo of Shaquille O'neal driving a silver and black cabrio in Miami - and yes, the top was down.

 

Nobody mentioned Mr. Bean!

 

I was googling and saw this. Someone mentioned that Madonna had or has one, this article from 2005. Not a fan, but it is interesting.

Kind of like when Cadillac ran the "Lease a Catera" commerical where the voiceover at the end said "Lisa Catera? Who's she??".

A little while later, the TV show "Chicago Hope" introduced a new character, "Dr. Lisa Catera", as a subtle reference to the Cadillac ad. (I don't remember if they ever showed what kind of car the character drove, though).

brandon boyd from incubus sold his 06 astro black mcs on ebay for charity. it was a steal (25K i think)considering it was also a celebrity car and came with a rack and surfboard--sweet!
