My main driving shoes are Nike SB classics.
The rest of my shoes (skating shoes, dress shoes, boots), I can't get my clutch and gas foot to work together.
Close up, but they are red.
EDIT: I just found a picture of them

nike

the style above is Humara, casual nike shoe, very comfortable (I bought 3 pairs in different colors, pretty unique nike style)

great shoe for when I wash the car, great material, its designed to handle h2o, nike has this shoe on their web site and they actually are on clearance for about $30 less than I paid. the style is called Soaker
I wear these to drive regardless of what I'm wearing. I just keep them in my Mini and change shoes before getting out.
Only somewhat on-topic, but for those of you with manual transmissions, do you find that it takes you a few shifts to "adjust" when switching from one type of footwear to another?
When I go from my flightline boots to dress shoes or tennis shoes, it always takes me a little while to get the right feel for the clutch again.

These are my current everyday shoes. http://www.zappos.com/n/p/p/7327678/c/104725.html
They are a driving shoe, and now that I see the custom chucks I may need to get a pair that match Spitfire. Once that occurs I will keep the Adidas in the car permanently.
However as a man that wears the occasional 2 inch platform when going to clubs. I do own a manual and the pedals are not nearly as tight as the old Beetle I used to drive with the same boots.
Docs with a regular sole are also good for driving in.

On the couple of rare occasions I've tried to drive barefoot instead of with my Chucks I've almost wrecked because the pedals/clutch feel so much different.
I might have to get a pair just for the car soon. The sole on my work pair of Chucks has separated in the middle and it likes to get wedged under the pedals. Not fun!

I think I might actually have more shoes than my girlfriend, though they're all the same kind (Converse All-Star Hightops) just different colors (red, orange, yellow, light green, dark green, blue, blue, purple, black, black, brown, white, beige, silver) so I don't think it really counts.

Maybe not the most comfortable but if you need to use your feet for something other than standing/walking, they are the best.

Next thing you know, we will be posting how we configured our converse shoes following the way we configured our coopers!

I really don't worry about what shoes i wear when I drive. In the summer I love strappy sandals & Converse... in the winter I am all into boots & clogs
