Sorry to hear that daffodildeb. Gotta wonder if it is the right parts and they do not recognize them. The mechanism for that door is quite bizarre.

Same for around where I live, although the dumb forest rats are the primary reason I bought the MINI in the first place...... (have already hit three on a motorycle).

And the problem is growing... exponentially

I drove home from cruising last week at about 5 in the morning and I absolutely loved that. It was nice and cool, almost too cold but I still had windows down. I also got to experiance a sunrise between 5 and 6 so I got the night and day all in one trip home.

I like riding around in the day, I can see other minis and give them the ol wave. I think a perfect day is sunny, big puffy white clouds (cumulous clouds), around 80*s and no humidity.

I like riding around at night because there's a lot less people on the road. I love looking at stars while driving with all the windows down too though.

Either time is good for me.

While I love driving the MINI all the time. I really love driving it at night. The lights from the dash, cooler air, my MINI's paint shining even better under the street lamps!!!
