2012 Mini Cooper Countryman S All4 Autox
Well, despite reading about how Countrymans aren't allowed at autox, I decided I'd try asking a local group (GGLC, Golden Gate Lotus Club) if I could try it out. They said ok, but I'd have to stop if the car looked like it was going to roll.
I never even lifted a wheel (imagine that in a Countryman lol), but I also did my runs with DTC on. Car has a JB+, but that's about it. I was running on crap run flats (I hate these so much...) With a decent set of tires, it would've been much more fun. Let me know if you have any questions! Hopefully more Countryman owners go autox! I have in car footage also, but don't know how to overlay that in. |

I haven't had time to go to more events! Most organizations are worried about rollovers. After watching me do my first run, the organization I ran with said I'm good to go.
Now, keep in mind, I'm on all seasons. There's a chance of rolling on stickier tires (higher limits). |
