Anyone get this message yet on F56? Going to wait a bit to see if other issues pop up before going to service appointment. Seems to be common on the BMW threads but don't see it referenced for MINI.

 

So far as a MINI Product Genius here at MINI of Manhattan...I haven't heard of anything like that. Make a service appointment at your local MINI dealer...might just be a sensor issue.

 

I took delivery of a 2017 Mini Clubman ALL4 on Nov 30, 2016. Within hours, I got the message "Right cornering light malfunction", even though the right cornering light seemed to work just fine. The dealer cleared the code, but it returned the next evening. Back to the dealer, again... During this service visit, they claim to have replaced a part, but within two days, the same error message has returned. Both cornering lights appear to work correctly. I have an appointment for next Wednesday, Dec 14.

 

On my car I never saw the message again but dealer replaced corner marker assembly said it was out.

 

This message popped up again today. Hopefully light still works, can't see anything in daytime. Warranty gone!
