R55 JCW with MarioKart Catless Downpipe... Which Catback?

I've previously had luck with Milltek on my MKV R32 but hear great things about Magnaflow (and the price cant be beat).

I'm running a Catless downpipe by Mariokart with his stage 2 RPM Tune.

I want something that will not drone... or at least minimally drone. The car is my daily driver and I love the way it sounds in its current setup.

Wondering if anyone has sound clips or experience with these two (or have another to throw into the mix?

Do you still have the second cat on the JCW exhaust? I loved my JCW exhaust with downpipe and removed second cat. To make it a tiny bit deeper I added a 2.5” oval vibrant resantor to make exhaust a little more deeper sounding

most R55 JCW only have one cat but I have sen many JCW’s with 2 cats. Not really sure why some do and some don’t

I ran my catless DP with a res and non res milltek on my last R55 and it really didn't have a drone.

And with my R55 JCW I've run the JCW, Milltek non res, and a quicksilver with a stock DP and none droned for me. Then with the DP I ran both non res Milltek and Quicksilver and it was louder but I didn't feel there was a drone, but you did notice me more as it was louder outside the car.

but in a situation that you are worried about drone I'd lean toward the Milltek as you can add the resonated section back to it later if it is too loud.

Also the Quicksilver and Milltek are the ONLY R55 exh that are FULL exhaust that connect all the way from the DP to the rear bumper. The other systems are just rear muffler sections.
