I decided I wanted to do a spot check on what's actually coming out of the pump so I spent about 15-20 bucks on amazon for a low tech tester and more pipettes than I'll ever use in a lifetime.

the good news is that it really is e85 coming out of the pump so I'm probably as close to e30 as I can get. The bad is that I'm unable to just crank up my jb+ without popping the det code.

Here in CA.. its crap ethanol blends are so inconsistent! Probably why I can put 4.5ga in my JCW without any issues vs your experience with 2-3ga.

**Im getting a DP, Evo plugs and StageII very soon. Spoke w/ Mario yesterday!

Still running the E30 mix but now @ stage2, very happy with how the car responds and pulls now. So much more in the top end vs stock, and much more composed off boost.

Did you need bigger injectors with stage 2? What's your boost at now?

No, dont need larger injectors. Tuner will increase fuel map pressure on boost. Prior to tune, I would see ~16.8psi & ~1750-1800psi fuel pressure; now its ~21.3psi & 1950psi fuel pressure. Best part about it, thermostat now opens at 180F..and between that and getting rid of the cat, the car cools down incredibly fast. No more idling for 5min for EGT to get below 950F.

*Im running straight pipe from turbo to muffler now.. car is loud AF! Flame pops sound like a 12ga... lmao.
