Traction Control

I was recently at an event trying to see what the JCW can do on the strip(1/4 mile). However im having issues with the traction control :mad:

First gear...Launch...Car goes
2nd gear...hold it right there, ignition goes off...wait 2-3 seconds till engine kicks in again..Go

This happened a few times - why is the traction control intervening so badly when its supposed to be off?

I know it has a 2 stage traction control, but I switched it fully off with the triangle warning appearing.

Anyone elses JCW doing the same?

Yea turn it off if your driving hard into gears

The rev limiter will do that.

The traction control cuts your power when you shift hard into 2nd and the wheels wanna spin.
