NM Intake

Anyone here running the NM Induction Kit on their 09 JCW? I picked up the intake, air charge and discharge pipes yesterday. One problem though. The intake does not fit! The breather hose connector is too small. Before I "customize" it to get this to work I thought I'dsee if anyone else ran into this problem and what they did to resolve.

Thanks in advance.

Here are a few pics that illustrate the issue.

FYI. Issue solved. The ribbed grommet on the valve needs to be removed to get this to fit. NM has updated their documentation and will be updating their website accordingly.

Cool. I'm planning to do this soon. I really like the looks of the NM unit. Post your results/satisfaction...very interested.

I'll post a review once I get the rest of the pieces installed. At this point I have the intake and the air charge pipe installed, I'll be installing the discharge pipe this weekend. I can say that you can certainly hear the turbo spool and blow off! Can't say the butt dyno has detected any major increases though.

Do those sound like a large truck's air brakes being engaged?

No, not like a blow off valve on a rice-mobile. Just a whooshing sound.
