I will see if I can find any photos from my old phone
I was there at Silverstone and remember the Bose sound box
My blue r53 had 5 secounds of fame on the ramp nearby
And some track time, the decated milltec sounded something else along the pit wall, and driving in the pipe under the end of the straight

I think I bought a WC50
I was just browsing online looking up something’s regarding my mini and came across some information have the WC50 edition and it looks oddly similar to mine. Which I bought at a CarMax here in Arizona with about 67k. After browsing, I have started thinking that mine is in fact a WC50 or just made to look very closely related to one. Issue is, I can’t seem to figure out what year the WC50 is. Some places say 2009, some say 2010, and others say 2011. My mini is a 2010. JCW, Connaught Green, rally lights on the front, carbon fiber package, spoiler on the back, same interior, no navigation. So is mine a WC50 or just made to look like one? There’s no numbers on the side but it does have that little oval John Cooper signature on the inside. Is this a WC50?

darn, it was like so similar in every fact except for no nav, no number, and different wheels. And then I got theorizing because someone replied they found one at a car max in California and my car came from California when I bought it at the car max near me in Arizona and had the same 67k miles as that reply stated.. I got all excited.

Now wait..... Inside the hood there would be a tag with the color. Does it say Connaught green? These cars were 2010 models and it is the only car and year to be painted Connaught green. The dash would have the logo. It is not uncommon for the scuttle numbers to be missing. These cars came with an extra set for that reason. Your wheels are wrong but that can be corrected. Is your bonnett stripe signed by "John Cooper"?
Is your shift **** with red numbers? American models did not come with navigation.

Then they can verify whether yours is authentic or not. There is also a certificate of authenticity that comes with the car and chassis number. Contact MINIUSA - that's your sure bet. Good luck!

on the engine bay mine does say Connaught Green. It doesn’t have the bonnet stripes. It does have the oval signature on the secret compartment. And my gear shift pattern is red.

I don't know what a P7HKA is. Mileage has nothing to do with having a WC50 or being part of a group though. I'd say you have a WC50 that somebody messed with somewhat. I'd still email MINIUSA and ask them to verify your vin number. The things that you are missing may be hard to come by though (except wheels). They came out once. I know that there is no re-issue of the scuttle numbers. On a limited edition such as this and with the smallest number ever made - they do not want reproductions. Is the engine original meaning no modifications? I had my car verified by MINIUSA.

If it's got that interior, carbon etc, is Connaught with a Pepper White roof, it's 99% likely to be a WC50. I absolutely love these cars, but even I'm not that nuts to pay for a full respray etc to create a replica.
I didn't know about the sticker saying Connaught though, the registration docs in UK still listed them in the original black they left the factory with.
Scuttles get pinched... wheels get swapped.... bonnets get resprayed..... the mileage is nothing for an 8yr old car
Good luck verifying the number

They may know the car number but they can not recreate the scuttle plaque. There is a sticker under the bonnet that states the color. Mine is above the passenger side (US model) headlight. The registration does say black as the green was sprayed over the black at another MINI assembly location. Love my car.

The cars actually came with two monroney stickers in the US. One for how the car originally came off the assembly line (black paint, no special edition content) then a 2nd showing the change of color, and hand-built content.
I had both versions, and handed off to the next owner along with the extra side scuttle numbers and certificate of authenticity. Keeping a special edition car complete helps with future value.
