OH wow, this looks like THE answer. I just installed all new Thule cross-bars, and roof bike racks as there didn't seem to be a great hitch mount option for my 19 F60 All4-S. This looks very interesting and promising!

I installed the stealth hitch onto my 2019 S All4 recently.

I got the 2"x2" receiver and the the tow pakcage. Install was the same PITA as any other receiver for the car (remove everything). Wiring for the trailer lights was a mild PITA as well. The instructions were decent and the only cuttingy/trimming required was on the heat shield. THe hitch receiver parts can be removed when not in use and will save a few shins. The pricing is more on the OEM side (expensive), but it is a nice mechanism.
Pics below are same night of the install.

Thought about taking pictures, but I was using my wheel ramps instead of the 2-post lift I have in my garage (arrgggh!). The wiring was most annoying for that reason.

It looks like they don't have the install instructions posted on their website, yet, so I uploaded the pdf file that they the sent to me.

I can't wait to install my Stealth Hitch once I convince the boss I need it after getting bike racks for the roof. I have installed quite a few stealth hitches and everyone has been very pleased with the outcome. Simple to use and noone would have any idea it's there. It also comes woth a lock and keys which is a nice bonus.

The wiring instructions are in the file I posted earlier. Everything was straightforward. Fused power from the battery was the biggest pain because I didn't use my lift. The wire is routed from the positive lead of the battery down into the driver's wheel well zip tied away from the suspension. Then it's routed along the drive tunnel, under the heat shield and zip tied safely away from the drive shaft and exhaust. Finally, the wire makes its way up to join the trailer wiring module which is located inside the car, behind the driver side tail light.

There are pictures in the posted instructions to better explain the routing. I was too agitated while under the car to bother taking my own pics.

I'm curious how much time it's taking others for the install. Particularly with a set of wheel ramps.
