Pick up tips?!

I pick up my new Mini Countryman SE tomorrow! We will be somewhat short on time so I’d like to make this as quick and painless as possible. Any tips to get in and out as quick as possible? We are paying cash. We do not want their warranty, we already bought one through Endurance. (The company the dealer uses has awful reviews.) We want a thorough overview of the car itself, I just don’t want the paperwork to take forever. Any tips/tricks?

Tell them ahead of time you don't want the warranty or any protective films etc. That will save you about 30 minutes.
Tell them you don't need the full delivery run through from the sales person where they show you all the features of the car. That will save you 30-40 min.
Tell them ahead of time that you are short on time and need to get in and out swiftly so they don't have you waiting around... and give them a specific time that you will be there.

Go as late in the day as possible so they are anxious to move you out asap. Finance guys/gals will try to sell you stuff even if you pre-warn them as they are trained to overcome any and all objections.

I used a broker on my recent non MINI purchase and he did all the paperwork so we avoided all the dealer bs. He knew nothing about the car, but that is what the owners manual is for. I was there for 15 minutes and left my wife to finish the signing. FAST.

Don't shower, wear some smelly clothes or eat a garlic cabbage meal before going.

So were you able to get through the paperwork quickly? Any other recommendations since you recently went through the process?

Thanks!
