Looking to replace 2011 R60

I'm looking to replace my 2011 R60 Countryman and was going through different configurations. There's a current offer of 2K off for existing Mini owners.

However, does anybody know when the 2020 changes will be announced? I'm trying to decide if I should wait a few months or pull the trigger now.

Thanks!

i keep hearing it will be on the GP version of the cooper but some articles say jcw so i am a bit confused. i am really looking at the x2 m35i and that is the engine that is going to be in the gp/jcw.
i was looking at the f60 jcw but its the same price as a x2 m35i which just doesn't make sense. i wonder what the price will be with the new engine.

I'd go for a used 2016 Countryman S as the new ones are soul-less and ugly. Couldn't help myself, sorry. Good luck!
