Help understanding F60 Diagnosis
I purchased a CPO 2018 Countryman JCW. When I got it home I realized the SiriusXM, Nav and Voice Activation were not working right. I took it back to dealer (it's all covered under warranty). Car is still there but SA sent me a printout stating "Found fault B7F87A present. HU-H: Theft -Proofing Mode Active" "user functions can no longer be used do to system is locked"
Anybody have experience with this and what does it all mean?
