Comfort / Sport Idle

Curious...

What's your idle RPM in Comfort and Sport modes?

Thx!

Comfort and Normal (Green and Mid Mode)
Idle coasting is 1000rpm
Idle with brakes depressed 600rpm. I don't like the stop/start feature so I usually turn it off since the engine speed drops anyways.

Sport (Red Mode)
Idle coasting or with brakes is 1000rpm,

In Comfort/Normal mode, cars with the 8-speed automatic shift into neutral—or somehow otherwise decouple the engine and transmission—at a stop with the brake pedal depressed, and idle drops to about 600 RPM. If you back off the brake pedal ever so slightly at a stop (but not enough that the car starts moving again), you can feel the transmission reengage and the idle RPM will go up. In sport mode, however, the transmission stays engaged at a stop and engine idle RPM is higher, about 1,000 RPM. Our BMW X2 exhibits the same behaviors.

idle

Idle is strange, in gear at stop, about 850-950 +- rpm. If you drop it in neutral, about 650, and the idle is very quiet. It likes to pull if you put it in gear, so I like neutral at your longer time stoplights.
The only thing I really dislike is you have to press the brake pedal to release the catch in the shifter to drop back in drive or manual shift. You can get whacked if you're not quick on it. I understand having to depress the brake to take it out of park, but come on, 'neutral'. You even have to have your foot on the brake to get into reverse from neutral. annoying. That's the one thing I would change on this car. ( and stiffer shocks).
Idle rpm is okay ,
Have a good one !
