F60 PHEV Departure Time

Hi All -
Just got a '19 Countryman Iconic and am having trouble getting the "Plan Charging" features to work. Specifically... I'm trying to set a "Time Slot" to coincide with my electricity provider's time-of-use meter. The cheap time of day for me to charge is 9:00 pm to 4:00pm. Ideally, I want to plug it in when the car gets home around 7:00pm, but not have the charging start until 9:00 pm, and then have the car ready to go (charged & climatized) at 7:00am.

The problem is, "Charge for departure time" is usually greyed-out, but if I mess with all the settings enough sometimes I can get it so it's no longer greyed-out, but it won't let me select it. If I try and set a "Departure time", they are all grey-out as well, although it will allow me to set a time, but won't allow me to check any of the checkboxes corresponding to a day. The "Precondition for departure checkbox is also greyed-out no matter what I do.

Anyone ever have this happen? So far, the dealer hasn't been able to help. This is with a Level 1 charger and it does it whether the car is plugged in or not.
