Dashboard Cleaning

How do you all keep your dashboard clean? Any specific method and/or products? Starting to see dust and not the type that you can brush off... It seems to stick to the material.

Thanks!

There are many quality interior cleaners.
I'm using Nanonex now which I really like - https://www.detailersdomain.com/coll...-cleaner-750ml

I also have used Adam's - https://www.detailersdomain.com/coll...detailer-16-oz

Cockpit Premium was my go-to for years - https://www.detailersdomain.com/coll...ockpit-premium

Etc... they are all very good and I'd use them all. You do not want to use Armor All! Stay away from that junk. That shiny sticky finish ends up being a mess to deal with. Use something neutral that leaves a matte finish like the products above. Clean interior with every wash - just a wipe down - and you should not really ever have to do any deep cleaning if you say on top of it.

I’m a detail fanatic...dust that doesn’t want to come off? Have you used a product previously that compounded the problem? You’ve heard this a hundred times but look at the contents label and be certain that a silicone product was not used on your dash. I’m a steam guy but I can also testify to the quality of the Adams cleaner as well.

I always liked 1Z dash cleaner. It was also hard to find in the US. They've rebranded now and it's again available as https://www.detailersdomain.com/prod...ockpit-premium

I now use Griots interior cleaner https://www.griotsgarage.com/product...ior+cleaner.do

I haven't used any products on the dash yet. This will be my first detail.

Truly appreciate the recommendations. Cheers!

For lite dusting a swiffer works OK. DO NOT use armor all, it is a dust magnet.
Griot's interior cleaner works great, been using this stuff for 8 or 10 years.:
